When you use your covered Qatar Airways Privilege Club Visa Infinite Card to purchase an airline or common carrier ticket, you can be eligible to receive reimbursement for your checked on carry-on luggage and its contents in the event of theft or misdirection by the airline ($3,000 per trip maximum; if you live in New York, the maximum is $2,000 per bag).
This coverage applies to travel by air, ferry, cruise ship, train or bus.
To file a claim, collect your documents like lost luggage report, dates of travel, etc. Please note that notification must be made within 20 days from the date the luggage was lost or stolen.
