You must make at least five transactions within a statement period to unlock your rewards. If you don’t make at least five transactions, your rewards will expire, and won’t be added to your rewards balance.
Rewards that you’ve earned will be available to use at the end of your statement period. You can either:
- Apply them as a statement credit towards your balance — right in the Cardless app, or
- Contact customer support to request a check when you reach at least $25 in rewards.
